Become a Management Partner

We like to work with creative and authentic hospitality professionals who, to put it simply, are great at what they do! As Management Partner, you work in collaboration with Laine, running the day to day of the business and looking after the people. Entrepreneurial and innovative, our Management Partners are passionate about thinking outside the box and staying ahead of the game, creating pubs imbued with the personality of themselves, their team and customers, and the culture of the community that sits around it.

We know how hard it is to start up on your own, especially finding the investment capital, which is why we offer the opportunity for managers to work in partnership with Laine. Our Management Partners get a % of sales, meaning you’ll directly benefit from your own success!
